The list of bills up for a vote has been posted for the upcoming Assembly Voting Session on December 17, 2018, and A764 is on it! We’ve been waiting patiently for a concurrence vote with Governor Murphy’s recommendations since November 7, when voters across the state of NJ overwhelmingly-approved the necessary funding to fully implement Alyssa’s Law.
We look forward to seeing Alyssa’s Law once again pass both the Assembly and the Senate* with strong bi-partisan support, and have it sent to the Governor’s desk for his signature.
*The Senate Voting Session list for 12/17/18 has not yet been released.
