We received word this afternoon that Righetti’s future parole eligibility date has been set at 120 months (10 years). Past experience has shown us that with credits for good behavior, he’ll likely be up for parole again in about 5 years, but nevertheless, this is GREAT news. It’s the maximum amount of time that can be set for a future eligibility date, and we’re grateful to the parole board for listening to our pleas to keep Righetti behind bars for as long as possible. Rest assured, whenever he’s up for parole again–we’ll be ready.
