THANK YOU so much to everyone who took the time to sign, share, and promote our online petition, urging the Parole Board to deny early release for Stephen Perry, the man convicted of murdering Deputy Sheriff Officer Joseph Rybka, Jr.
We just received word today that Stephen Perry’s Parole has been denied! His future eligibility date will be determined by a three-member panel at the Parole Board, which is an indication that he is likely to receive the maximum time allowable until he is eligible for parole again. We will post updates here and on Facebook page as soon as we find out his future eligibility date.
Deputy Rybka’s family, along with our entire community, will sleep easier tonight.
